Roger Staubach is one of the most popular players ever wearing the Dallas Cowboys uniform. He came to the team as they became America and much of the reason they were so successful in the 1970s. He spent his entire career with the Cowboys and being a retired fan favorite. Later he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
